Do I need to be a creator to share referral links?

No. Affiliate is a separate path. You can review eligible creator products and share attributable links through your account.

Can I withdraw my commission today?

No. Tracking is live, but settlement and bank payouts remain disabled until verified marketplace payment infrastructure is approved.

What should I tell my audience?

Explain what the product actually does, its displayed price and seller, and any relevant affiliate relationship. Do not invent scarcity, reviews or revenue claims.
